NOT worth the hype. There is nothing in the film that made me get sick. Perhaps I'm desensitized? I don't know, but it wasn't as shocking as the film's hype wanted you to believe.
Still, it's decently entertaining. If only because it's so warped.
The guy who plays the doctor is awesome. He out acts everyone else by a mile. Mainly because he looks like a Nazi scientist. Still, by the time the end rolls around, you'll realize how the script made him pretty stupid.
Worth a rental for horror fans, but only so you can say you saw it.

Through the movie I kept thinking how he may be the best MAD SCIENTIST ever.
It's on Netflix, btw.
Also, the girl characters became much more easy to like once their mouths were sewn to asses and they could no longer speak. The constant whimpering was much easier to handle than when they were whining, complaining, making bad decisions, and being stupid.
