Had annual doctor appt/physical. He says I'm in great shape, keep it up, see ya next year. woot.

Mid-year retest. I think they do most, but not all of the same panels. Things look better than before. My "biological age" is down to 40.6, so 11 years younger than real, if you believe that.

My LDL (bad) cholesterol is 66. Same as last time. HDL (good) cholesterol up to 42. Nothing very exciting.

Sounds good.

My blood work always come back good, except for uric acid. Having the one kidney doesn't help.
