It looks like Fox's new Daredevil movie has been scrapped, and the rights will revert back to Marvel on October 10th.
This is big news for Marvel and Disney.
If Fox doesn't get a movie into production prior to the deadline, Marvel can begin shooting their own Daredevil movie. Hell, they could have him in the next Avengers film if they want.
