Teacher read this book to my class when I was in..... 4th grade? And besides something about the evil of conformity, I had no clue what was going on. My adult self, when remembering that book, wondered if I was absent for a day and missed a chapter or two.
Well, Disney made a movie out of it a few years ago, and I watched it with my kid, and fuck if I still don't know what the point is supposed to be.
Also I'd forgotten Mrs. Which, Mrs. Who, and Mrs. Whatsit.
But I'd remembered the tesseract, and dad being missing.
