I don't think that's anti-Semitic at all. It implies that Chanukah gifts are frequently cheaper presents than Christmas gifts. That's completely true. Chanukah isn't that big of a holiday in the Jewish calendar, so that's as one would expect.

Anyone who saw that and immediately thought of the whole "Jews are cheap" thing is either overly sensitive or possibly biased themselves.
