Iran is "marrying" female prisoners, then raping them, so they can kill them.
Because Islamic law doesn't allow virgins to be executed.
These aren't "extremists". These are supposed to be civilized people who govern a country.

It's the Basij. Story after story after story coming from Iraqi citizens since just before the election is that all the Basij don't speak Farsi, they speak Arabic. Which means the leaders there brought in hundreds or maybe even thousands of Arabic foreign nationals ahead of time to help quell the riots that were expected afterwards.
The Basij have been by far the most brutal of the forces deployed against the protestors.
As an analogy, this would be like Poland planning to keep the peace after an election by hiring hundreds or thousands of German mercenaries.
