Today I learned The Asylum ripped off Pacific Rim. It currently has a 9% on Rotten Tomatoes for the audience score. Critics wouldn't even review it. There's also a sequel.
The full move is at the bottom, but the first video is a clip that you need to see. The CGI, effects, acting, set design, script, reality, etc. are off the charts.
