Combine The Ring with It Follows and V/H/S and you get this movie.
An old video game is found that plays like Wizardry (that was the original text based game?). Only the text is describing real life and if you don't make a choice, you die. That's not a spoiler, it's right there in the title.
Robert Englund is in this, but only his voice.
