JGL is a cop trying to stop a new drug that gives people super powers for 5 minutes. Everyone's power is different. Some get what you want, some just explode.
Jamie Foxx is a wanted man and JGL is after him. There's also a young girl who is dealing the drug and has links to both men.
Long story short: The plot is a convoluted mess, but the effects are fucking spectacular.
Not that the plot is super bad, but it's got some cliche garbage, Jamie Foxx knows WAY too much during scenes, there's a lot of filler (imagine side missions in an RPG), and so on.
I'd give it a 6 out of 10. I'd absolutely agree with anyone giving it a 4 though.
