X-Mas horror anthology
Has there ever been a really well done X-mas horror movie?
4 short stories connected by another story. The primary story is legit interesting, but it's held back by bad acting and the complete lack of an ending.
Of the middle stories, one was a poorly acted Scrooge, one was The Belko Experiment (interesting), one was a horrifically made ripoff of something I've seen before many times, another was a pretty cool concept that left me wanting more, and a weird one about X-Mas visitors.
I can't really recommend it. Although, if you could find the shorts online I think you'd all dig the guy locked out of his car and at least be mildly entertained by the mini Belko Experiment.

Gremlins? 10 year old me found it scary in the theatre.
It's not me, it's someone else.

I honestly consider Gremlins to be a family movie.

Gremlins and Coraline are the only two movies to ever freak out my kid.
