Indy zombie film set in Egypt, I believe. A sequel to an "award winning" zombie film set in some other third world country.

Not bad. Very low budget as they clearly were shooting in a warehouse and out in fields. Plus, they use the same actors a lot.
It's worth a viewing if you're into zombie horror films, but you've really got to understand that it's a low budget indy with incredibly bad acting.
