My kid's school was delayed this morning so I was just sitting there and this came on so I said fuck it I'll watch it.
Disney film about 8 sled dogs that, for reasons, have to be left behind at an Antarctic research station for the winter. It said "Based on a true story" but I don't know how true it is.
The parts with the animals didn't have any stupid voice overs, it was just the animals "emoting" and "acting." My props to the director, that shit must have been grueling to get the scenes, especially on whatever glacier it was on which they were shooting.
Anyway, not terrible, and obviously one you can watch with the kids.
