Family Guy - Simpsons

They're doing a crossover.

Apparently, it'll happen during a Family Guy episode when the family gets stranded in Springfield and meet the Simpsons.

I hope they do an hour long episode.

This is a pretty interesting move considering the early rivalry the shows had.

I bet the showrunners and producers started out hating each other, and then it took all of one after-awards-party drinking night to make them realize they totally do the exact same things for a living.

Though I don't think The Simpsons team uses manatees like the Family Guy team does.

There are a few seasons of the Simpsons where I'd argue they couldn't afford the Manatee writers and had to go with worse options.
