They seem to look okay to me. At least the ad I just saw on YouTube made them look okay. Maybe on a bigger screen I would see some problems you are referring to?

Back to the movie, it had a couple of chuckles, but this is formulaic dreck.
I found the villain to be the most interesting part of the film.
