These ingots you mentioned require charcoal. Or, at least the ones I'm making do. I have not checked the price of either yet though.

Dawn Lake potions have continued to go down, but the fish went up just a bit. So, they are not profitable any more.

LOTS of house are going to fall this weekend. The two unbuilt ones right next to the vendor row that we use are scheduled to drop at 4:00am on 1/4. There is one right on top of the vendors by Royster's Camp as well. Lots of houses. We really need to hurry up and get houses/large farms in order so we can drop them.

Stranger - pretty please take me on a boat ride this weekend so I can get a new farm.

Also I have a ton of milk to turn into trade packs if we want to knock out a bunch of runs.

So if we get your new farm where are we gonna put our small farms at? Looks like space is pretty much been eaten up and i'm not sure if we can move houses around to accomadate them.

Also, Leather is selling at an all time high right now. Last night i sold some at 22silver a piece, this morning 35! Not sure if someone just bought up all the lower priced leather to jack up the price, but i put some up to see if i can get in at that price.

Pomegranate was selling really high yesterday too. looks like the market is hot for those again

Really? It's like you have ne on block right now. There are a ton of houses that are going to fall this weekend. We need to have houses and large farms in hand to try to snag some.

I'll just place the other where my other under construction cottage is.

I kind of like that we have spots for 2 more small farms in our little empire - anyone who is still leveling or thinking about playing this game should throw some 8x8s down.

Huh? ne on the block? don't understand this statement... We'll see how easy it is to claim one of those plots. I have no more GS to buy any farms or houses.

Yes, but it's not really a "house" it's just a placeholder for a farm.

It's not going to be easy. Not any easier than grabbing a trade pack when ganking reds at the turn in docks. Lots of people scrambling for the same thing. I think it's worth trying. Troy gets his large. Scooty gets his large. I have a house in my inventory. Thats 3 large plots. 3 of us trying to score. I like these odds. You could run your alt character to 15 gs real fast and place a house as well. Even if you just sold it right after. Solid investment. This is a second chance at land. This will be the last easy grab on this server. After this, houses will fall infrequently and who knows where. Or, you are buying one on the market at at huge mark up. Land equals wealth and power. Passing up opportunities for it would be stupid.

i'd still have to delete my character from the other server before i could create my alt. I'm not against this, but i'm not going to have much time this weekend. Going out tonight and prolly won't be home till 1am. so if Troy is on at that time i can try and take him to get the large farm. Saturday is going to be iffy for me as well, may not be able to get on till later again. So if we wanna try and get his farm before then it will have to be done late tonight, i should be all buzzed up so it will be fun!

Also, there is still space right behind Troy and MadMordigan 8x8s for two more 8x8s. The 8x8's open spots closest to the Moonswept homes recall point is starting to fill up. The tide of random 8x8s is about to sweep over us.

I fixed my crest problem. I had the file written as ucc.png. and it was a png file - PER THE DIRECTIONS. when i just made it UCC it worked.
