Bought some sunglasses from this place. After a couple months, they developed a smudge on the right lens that I couldn't get out. It doesn't look like a scratch or abrasion either. Got a free exchange from them, no questions asked. Probably the best customer service I've witnessed in a bit.

I've bought shoes from them in the past, back when that was all they did. They're very good at what they do.

Zappos and Amazon both have given me pretty great customer service. At Amazon, they've failed a few times initially, but a follow-up has always gotten it sorted out.

Zappos' next day shipping and free returns on shoes is pretty awesome.
It's not me, it's someone else.
