i don't think we need to panic and jump to the new servers just because we got off to a rough start. I kinda like the idea of having to work hard to find that spot that will open up.
But if everyone else wants a frest start then i'd be game for that too.
True, I'd also say it's a safe assumption that there will be more servers. Could use Ollo to learn about the game for now and make sure we want to play it, then jump on the next open server if we decide to do it right.
Only issue is that we have to wait 30-1+ hour in the queue for Ollo. Other servers you can just hop on.
For what it's worth. After the servers came up, getting on was a bit rough. Client timed out a couple of times. When it launched, I picked Ollo. Said I was 51 in the queue. While it was calculating my wait time, it went down to 47. This was in less than a minute. I switched to a different task and did not watch the queue. When I got back to my keyboard, I was in game at character creation. Character created and waiting for the game to load now. Granted, it's an hour later that I'm in game. But, I was afk for most of it, and I created my character. Which looks like a fag. All the elves looked gay. But I wouldn't say getting in the game was all that hard at 2:15 when they came back up.
An important features that our Founders have been requesting and we mentioned was coming has now arrived: a grace period is being added to our server queuing system. When a player is disconnected from the game for any reason, if they log back in within a few minutes they will be able to skip the server queue entirely. In order to implement this system, the queue will now appear on the server selection screen instead of the character selection screen and will allow for players to change servers after evaluating the queue length.
Confirmed. There was ZERO wait when logging back in. When I selected Ollo, is said "In Queue" or something. But, I launched right into the game.
Started running through the quests. But, all of the sudden, they stopped. I have no active quest. No beacons. Nothing. I can't imagine I'm done. I'm level 5 and don't have anything.
Go back and look for someone with a green exclamation point above their head, this is the main storyline. Somewhere you must have missed one.
That happened to me in the beta.

I'm hopeful that I'll get a character created tonight, but I doubt it. I've been in queue for about an hour and it's still telling me I've got over an hour to go. When i started I was around 2700 in the queue, now I'm around 2200...

Well, it's now something like 2 1/2 hours later and I'm down to 983 in the queue. Too bad it's time to go to bed. Maybe I'll get to play tomorrow.

Made it to level 17. Have about 50 Gilda stars. Saving up my skill points because I'm not sure how I want to spend them yet. Getting really tired of quests. Ran around with Stranger for a bit doing quests, which made it more fun. But, quests are getting booorrrrrinnnng. With no farm space (not that my free playing ass can own one anyway), there's no farmville fun. Ready for something else to start happening.
