My dad was a huge Rockford Files fan, so I've been watching him in TV shows and movies my whole life.

My Dad like RF as well... I was a bit young for it. He was never a hero of mine but I don't dislike him in anything.

I liked RF because he was a more normal private dick. Not super tough or anything. Sometimes you wondered why he was even in that business.
