Synopsis:
Someone rips off A Nightmare on Elm Street a couple years before the remake.
Plot:
Instead of Freddy Krueger, it's a wacko mad scientist ghost dude that used to run an insane asylum that has been converted to a dorm.
Instead of high school students, they're in college.
Instead of the doc invading their dreams, he appears to show up at will ... which really begs the question why he spends so much time keeping a low profile despite no one else on the entire fucking campus except the maintenance dude noticing anything wrong.
Verdict:
I was driving on the highway one night when my car headlights went out. That was scarier than this movie.
