I bought some apps awhile ago so I bought a some Google play credit off eBay for cheap.
I still have a credit, so I put the $0.00 charge against my balance.

I don't have google wallet setup as far as I know and I was able to buy it. However, having an android phone, I already have a google play account setup. So, maybe that means wallet. But I don't think it does. I don't know.

I remember having to setup an itunes account and giving them my credit card, even though I wasn't buying anything, before I could use my iphone. Pretty much the same thing for the Android. So, I was already in the system.

I'm not using it because it makes me feel like some ore being stared at by a miner with a pick ax.
