Leish has something of a point. The difference between the effects GHB and excessive binge drinking (particularly if you're a lightweight doing kegstands, beer bongs, or shots) isn't readily apparent unless you've got some chemical testing kit on hand. On the flip side, if history has taught me anything, this just means they'll come up with some other chem that isn't screened for.

If I were forced to make a $10 wager on this subject, my guess is that more than 75% of all rape accusations are bullshit.
I don't know about those numbers, but there are a lot more false accusations than society is willing to admit.
For example: A 17 year old girl who goes to a party, gets drunk, and then fucks three guys there might not care until everyone finds out and starts calling her a whore. The easiest way to save face is to claim you were raped.
I know a lot of sexual harassment claims are bullshit. I've seen too many women behaving badly in the office to buy that men are the villain all the time. I've seen the same girl fuck more than one guy in an office, then claim another guy is sexually harassing them because he flirted with her.

I wonder rape is a crime where more of them go unreported, but of those that do a large portion are false accusations?
