Yeah, there was a line in 30 Rock (I think) that was something like.... a 6 in New York City would be a 9 in Cleveland. Mexico was like that as well. A 5 in the capital was a 9 or 10 in the small towns. Was a little sad I studied in the small town.

I've never bought into this concept. There are stunning women everywhere. Culture and larger populations just do a better job of hiding them.
