Stopped.

It seems like the White House is taking credit, but the real credit goes to the grassroots campaign organized by websites and gamers.

So if we write and publish a huge document full of legal language about censorship - big enough to contain text that almost any possible such legislation would have to have - can we then send Congress to jail if they end up passing something like SOPA?
