I have no idea what the blog post is about, because I haven't read it all yet (it's long) but this bit IS EXACTLY RIGHT:
We cannot afford to live, long term, in an America in which non-producers tell producers how to produce.
People yammer on all day about the economy and other BS, but it all comes down to PRODUCTION. If people are not CREATING VALUE, then it's all useless. It doesn't matter how much "stimulus" or "pump priming" you do. Somebody has to get out there and DO OR MAKE something. And not in the public-works dig-holes-and-fill-em-up sense, either.
I like that. Very simple and to the point. Plus, it's extremely hard to argue against it.
