That's from Rhett & Link, a couple of YouTubers that made the big time (well, ILC) with their own show Commercial Kings which is awesome. They find interesting local businesses like Chuck Testa's Ojai Valley Taxidermy and make intentionally "bad" commercials for them. If you aren't watching this series you should be.
