First of all, I believe "ichi" is "1" in japanese.
Secondly, this movie is about a blind girl who gets shit on her whole life and is also a master swordsman.
Thirdly, production values were a little low. Set a long time ago, but everything looked like how someone in the 1990's would have made costumes and stuff for the 1300's.
