I want to sell my house in the future when we move to NC. Hopefully when that time comes, the other houses on the road are sold. One of our neighbors is already interested in our house for his son that is moving back home.
We are refinancing now for 4.5% it is saving us 200$ a month. That is such a break you wouldn't believe. The wife is so pissed that we are going to make extra payments.
