Start with the training flashbacks from both Bloodsport and Kung Fu. Take that scene in The Chinese Connection when Bruce Lee kicks the whole dojo's asses. Throw in the gore from the Crazy 88s fight scene in Kill Bill. Add a splash of the "UN military types" from Street Fighter. Finally toss in a pinch of the two feds from Bloodsport.
That's Ninja Assassin.
It starts off in a very entertaining way, but gets progressively worse. Especially as the gimmick of the ninjas and the shadows wears off.
Amazing visuals, great choreography, but the pacing and acting kid of sucked.
Wait for it to hit cable.
