Starring Melissa George. She's not a name, but it's important to give a year and name for this film. Search for "The Triangle" and/or "Triangle" on imdb and you'll see why.
A group of people go sailing when the weather started getting rough and their tiny ship was lost. If not for the cruise liner that shows up, they''d be dead...but why can't they find anyone on board.
This is a very interesting film. I'm not saying it's a must see, but it's definitely different from a lot of the other films on the rack. I think it is worth a rental by people who enjoy movies and are willing to give something a bit different a chance. (Not weird different. More like, you'd better be paying attention because we're going to try and mind fuck you different...)
If nothing else, this will spark conversation with whomever you watch it with or here in the forum.
This is not a horror, which is sort of implied on the box cover. Actually, one could make an argument for that, but I'd say it's more Sci-Fi.
I need to sleep on it before I give a final score.
Triangle - 2009
I forgot to mention that this movie has a few pretty cool visuals.
And I still don't know what I want to score it.
Just check it out if you're curious about it. Then come here to discuss.
