Where's the "who cares, it's completely unimportant" option?

Or the "whichever one is closest and easiest" choice.

Ha, the two bachelors don't have opinions. That's funny.

Please. Troy's pretty much dead man walking as far as being hitched goes.

Well, to be completely accurate, I'd need an "why bother hanging it up, just set the roll on the back of the toilet" option.

My wife has the annoying habit of just leaving empty rolls on the dispenser. If she get a new roll, she won't put it on, just set it on the back of the toilet, or on the sink or whatever.

And she likes it from underneath.

And behind.

Are we married to the same woman?

And this is easy to defend:
Nobody has done more research on comfort than hotels. They know exactly what people want and what's easiest. they want their guests to have a labor free stay that is as relaxing as possible. And in every hotel, you'll find the toilet paper goes over the top.

It's also how they teach it in the military. Yes, they teach that because you have to fold in the corners of the first square to make a "point". You'll see that quite often in hotels or fancy public restrooms if you're the first one in the stall that day.

Funny because that is exactly what I do. Since I have been a kid it was an unspoken rule that the job was womens work. Blame my mother for letting it go. Then I had her train my wife. Heh.

Three. My roll sits upright on the toilet tank.

But if I had to pick one of those, I'd pick A. B looks like it would rub on the wall and pick up bathroom wall cooties. I don't want bathroom wall cooties in my butthole.

A is how the military and high quality hotels do it.

I never thought about the cat thing (mostly because cats belong either outside or in a shallow grave), but that makes sense for keeping it backwards.

Not really. If the cat is going for it it matters little which way you turn it, they'll pull it right down.

Might be good with toddlers around, though, I guess. They aren't usually as bright as cats.
