Alien Prequel

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

DIRECTED BY RIDLEY SCOTT. Holy shit.

Now, if we can get the sequel to this prequel directed by James Cameron, we can all get excited.

It's a reboot, which I have mixed feelings on as a whole, but I'll give it a chance.

I understood it wasn't a reboot, but took place before the Nostromo answered the beacon.

That script got Spaihts the meeting with Fox and Scott Free, and he won the job with an Alien reboot take that the studio and Scott loved.

This threw me off. It appears you're correct.

They need to be cautious though. No human had ever encountered an Alien before Ripley and crew, so everyone must die in this prequel...IF they encounter humans.

P.S. The story of the alien in that big ship has been done in comics.

I'm guessing "The Company" knew more about the aliens in the first movie than they even let on with having Ash on board to secure one.
