The way I read it, you couldn't have more than two 'concurent' installs. If you want it on a third PC, you have to uninstall it from one of the first two.

Actually, it looks like they came up with a "5 by 5" plan. Installed on up to 5 PCs, with upto 5 reinstalls per PC.

Oh, and if you unistall the game, it frees up one of the 5 pc slots. The problem comes from people who just reformat their hard drives without uninstalling things. Just make sure you uninstall it first, or don't have 5 major system failures.

Lastly, this is offered through Steam. I don't like Steam either, but, it's something.

Basically started looking into all this stuff cause I'm on my second install of my BioShock game (reformatted recently). So, it looks like I've got options as far as continuing to play my game. Or their game. Or, whoever owns what I just paid for. . .

Over all, I understand. . . but I don't like it. Wonder what the perfect solution is.

Well, that sounds better than what I read... but it is still too bad we can't freely use the shit we pay for.

$19.99

Ya, I know. . . tax. But screw you anyway.

It's worth it.

I can wait until:

1. Build my new system. I like maxed graphics.
2. It drops to $20 on amazon.

Ok, I went ahead and ordered it. It won't drop significantly lower than that for a while.

I'd rather pay $20 and get it tax free than pay $15 but send another $3 to the government.

I KNEW someone would nitpick my "throw some random number out there to make a point" because the math wasn't exact.

All the DRM has been removed from the game. You are allowed as many installs as you want.
