I've decided to join the growing boycott of Lucasarts products.

I'll purchase their products again when Sam & Max gets "uncanceled" or when a sequel gets released for "Maniac Mansion", "Day of the Tentacle", or "Zak McKraken".

Hey Lucasarts, I loved Armed and Dangerous, but the only reason I bought it is because I got the original Sam and Max free and playable on XP simply for pre-ordering A&D.

Nobody raised a stink when you cancelled Full Throttle 2, but every mag I've seen in the last few months has loads of readers complaints about S&M 2's cancellation.

So if your suits are right, and S&M isn't worth the effort, then sell the rights to someone who will publish the game. If its too valuable to sell, then why not make the game?

P.S. 95% of every Star Wars game ever made sucks, SWG sucks beyond belief, and the new movies aren't helping matters. You should be thrilled to see people passionate about your non-SW related products.

Hah, like LucasArts has put out anything good since XvT.

How did the boycott go?

Bumped.

It's been pretty easy to do since they haven't released a game in forever.

Although, I call the boycott off since Lucasarts did allow Sam & Max to live again and prosper.

Last game Lucas Arts released that I thought didn't suck was Gladius (XBox) & even that's several years old now. Other than that, it's back to XvT, TIE & X-Wing Collector's, S&M, Tentacle, & Full Throttle. I'm still kinda pissed FT2 got axed.

Forgot Gladius was a Lucas game. Liked it.

Full Throttle was awsome. Went to click on the chick's ass and he comes back, "Better not. She's got a wrench."

I know the feeling.

Didn't Lucasarts make the Lego SW game? If so, you've got to give them credit for that.

Still their best days are way behind them.

I believe that was Travelers Tales.

I don't think Luscasarts makes much anymore just publishes.
