True. The SEC and ACC seem to be protected because farm animals can't sue.

Retired judge rules Texas Tech QB who gambled throughout his career, including on games he played in, can still play. This has thrown the college world for a loop. It's obviously a completely stupid ruling and the NCAA has appealed asking for an immediate court date.

TT plans to start the kid at QB, and the rest of college football is discussing removing TT from their schedule in response. Texas AG is now warning the Big12 that they face lawsuits if they refuse to play TT.
