True. That was nice.

Kirk Herbstreet's reputation is taking a massive hit right now.
Recently, he publicly complained that OSU coaches didn't call to congratulate him for his son committing to TTUN. Why the fuck would they do that?
During the OSU-Tenn game, towards the end, he went on an unhinged rant about OSU fans that got him trending on Twitter and even had other fan bases basing him. He also took a shot at the hosts of ESPN's First Take, one of whom has responded:
And so did the other one. I'm sure ESPN is loving their talking heads starting an internal war. After the game, he appeared on ESPN to make the case that more SEC teams belonged in the playoffs, and he's trending again, and being mocked again by all comers for that stupidity.

I saw Kirk speak once and he was really good. However, he's believing too much of his own press and thinks he's bigger than the game at this point. Not to mention, he's bent the knee to his ESPN masters.

For some reason ESPN wants to compare the first round ratings against the NFL.
College isn't the NFL. The audiences are the same, but different.
Nobody cares about SMU-PSU, except for those fan bases. The NFL is pushed as more of a national product and those were two very good games.

Really torn on this one. I'm glad a front runner didn't win, but Travis Hunter definitely does not have the stats to match the other candidates. His two way play was the only thing that set him apart, and he wasn't close to being the best WR or CB.

Fuck both programs.
How TTUN only has 16 points after Bama turned the ball over inside their own 20 on each of their first three drives...

Milroe is trending on Twitter for his shit play today.
Probably not the best way to head into the draft.

For the people arguing that SOS should matter (and it does, but they're idiots), let's do this compromise:
-End ALL preseason rankings.
-Rank teams at the end of the season.

Player opts out of bowl game due to not being paid NIL money. Twist: It's a punter.
It's not me, it's someone else.

Texas-ASU has been a massive dud so far.
Sugar Bowl postponed due to terrorist attack.
Players at FSU suing over promised NIL payments.
It amazes me that NIL is still unregulated. I'm guessing lawmakers just haven't figured out how to make money off of doing so yet.
