It's on sale again, for $24 this time. As far a the DLC, there's no info on a release date. Only info is about past delays. There's rumors, etc, but nothing concrete. But what I do get from the info is that it's going to be big. And if it's big, it will be expensive, and will probably be another long delay before it's discounted.
So, we can continue to wait an unknown amount of time, THEN wait until it's all on sale as the GOAT edition. Or just play now, and then Leisher replays it again later with the new DLC because he's psycho (but does not explode).
