I had to Google it...Red band trailers can and have had nudity.

All excellent questions.

Caligula is probably the most famous erotic and X rated movie with a legit story, actors, and so on. However, I don't think any movie containing forced fisting and smashing newborns onto stairs are happy.

It was really weird how they spliced the porn and non-porn stuff in that movie. But I mean, I dug it.
