The Sims : the Movie - Seriously

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

Bleh. I actually hope Uwe Boll directs this so it sucks.

What?
It's a game that has no plot, and no evil bad guys? I assume it's going to be a terrible comedy (think Saturday Night Live skit turned movie... exempting Wayne's World of course), right?

This is the worst idea of the century so far.

Yes. It will be worse than that.

Not as dissappointing, since that was a horrible sequel to a good movie, so there were higher expectations. But if we ignore the existance of the first movie and just judge each item on it's own merits, I think it can be beaten.

Besides, that was last century anyway.

Considering how most PC games to movies go, this may have a shot since there's ZERO plot or story line to it. No one can much bitch that they didn't stay "true" to the game.

A movie based on a game based on normal, everyday life.

Sounds riveting.

They could take a "Brady Bunch" approach to it.

If it's to be at all related to the game, someone will pee on the floor at least once, and one character will die because he or she forgot to eat.

They should've just bought the rights to make a movie based on the board game Life. It would've given them the same source material for a cheaper fee.
