Did faction warfare again this morning. Went NE to start, invading white territories, hit the inevitable blob. Killed a few, died twice. Saw that orange had made a move to Ferndell, right outside of Lymhurst. Teleported to Lymhurst. Saw some msgs in faction chat like "Ferndell, OMG" (super fucking helpful, right?). Went out the Ferndell exit, like an army of 100 Oranges ganking anyone they could leaving Lymhurst. It was a factiony bloodbath. I died once, then made it through them the 2nd time. Then grouped up with just enough people to start taking outposts, and we pushed deep into Orange, and once again ZvZed. Killed a few, died only once. Then walked back to Lymhurst to finish up my daily 1,200.
Just placed buy orders for red zone kits. Kit will end up being about 35k + horse and consumables. It's a mix of T5/T4 with enhancements. Effectively T5 to T6 gear.
I was just doing some faction stuff too. When I first started, I was getting about 50 points per capture point. Then joined a random party with about 12-15 people in it. I started getting 175-200 points per capture. Seems being in a party earns you more points?
There is an option to see what cities have low numbers, and they get a bonus to faction points. Not a very big one though that making the run would be worth it.

Stranger + I did two arenas. We lost the first one pretty solidly. Then won the second pretty solidly. I killed 4 bitches. Our healer was solid on that 2nd one.

Got a friend stopping by for a bit tonight so i won't be on till later.
Did my first ranked 5V5 today called the Crystal League. Totally different map than the arena's we've all played in, plays similar to normal arena but with a few slight differences. We crushed them, held them in their base just about the whole match.
Ran out of money today after I respecced. Bought a heart, sold it. Bought an iron chest... back to 169k silver. Game needs a way for people like me to easily make $$.

Not because we were in last place, but because we had fewer recruits. I think it's an incentive for people to go to different underdog cities and fight to even out the numbers. Bridewater had the most fighters, so they got no bonus. All the other regions got bonuses based on how many fewer fighters they had than Bridewater. It showed you the bonuses at the faction guy. One of the tabs showed them.
I put an item up for sale for 649k in CaerLeon; I never got a notice it sold, but when I visited, there was no order. Pretty sure I never had more than 500k since it sold. hmmm.

Faction bonus info: Not at the faction guy. It's in your faction warfare info screen, on the Personal Faction Warfare Overview tab. Click the details button.
An additional piece of information that may make you choose where to go if multiple outposts are having faction conflicts is understanding where you can earn the most faction points for capturing outposts.
This is determined in a few ways:
1). What kind of zone is it (Blue, Yellow, Red)? The risker the zone, the more points you can earn.
2). How many outposts are in that particular zone? Zones come with 1, 3, or 5 outposts. The more outposts in a zone, the more capture bonuses are available.
3). How recently was the zone captured previously (what is its zone value)? Zones with high yellow star values are more valuable and hence provide higher faction point bonuses for capturing them. As noted in the image above, the zone values are shown at the top middle section of the minimap.
To contribute to an outpost capture, you can either sneak in and dismount (must be dismounted to make progress on capturing the outpost circle) inside the circle right at the end as it is being captured, or you can simply contribute to killing the faction NPCs guarding the outpost.
NOTE: It is not required that you wait in the circle, so long as you contributed through killing the NPCs, you will get credit.
The reason why outpost capturing activities as a whole are so lucrative is because participating in these activities usually triggers three bonus faction point earning events:
Outpost Capture Bonus: Once an outpost is captured, you get an immediate outpost capture bonus of faction points.
Region Capture Bonus: You also receive credit towards the overall region capture bonus that will be awarded once a majority of outposts in the region are captured and secured.
Faction Defense Bonus: If you ended up fighting and contributing towards the kills of any enemy faction players, you will also receive a periodic faction defense bonus. Although I am not sure exactly how this bonus is calculated, it essentially takes a look at any PvP that occurred in a zone where enemy faction players are being killed and rewards a substantial sum of faction points every 15-30 minutes for those activities occurring in that zone.
Healer for the other team with this equipment would sit and tank 3 of us dumping on him like we weren't even there. Just kept healing. We'd get him to 20%, then he'd heal to 100, repeat.
