Indy film about some former sorority sisters who get invited to a party held in a Haunted House on New Year's Eve. Upon arriving they discover they were invited to die.
The filmmakers made some choices and tried some stuff. Parts worked. Parts did not work. The story had some decent elements, but the twist (why do they always try to add a fucking twist?) is dumb as shit. It would have worked a lot better if they had done something more to prove everything was way more planned out.
The people involved, to a person, all have to act like complete morons at various points for the story to continue. The haunted house itself is completely pointless. The acting is bad, and the choice to tell the motivation via cutaways would have worked better if many of the cast members didn't look like twins and so many of those scenes being fluff.
It's not a terrible effort by any means, but it's deeply flawed at the creative level.
