The clown mascot for a shitty burger chain starts killing teens in gruesome and supernatural ways. He specifically seems to be targeting one girl and gives her hints about who is next.
Aside from the effects this would have been at home in the 80s.
You're chased by a supernatural demon clown in a school at night and watch as one of your friends is killed by having their head inside a microwave while it's on. What do you do next? Did you guess make out with your boyfriend, act like nothing happened, and then return to that same school alone another night? If so, you'd be right at home in this film.
Is that Jan from The Office? Yep.
No boobs. Bad acting. Statutory rape. Predictable plot. A ridiculously over the top opening scene featuring two "wiggers" (their word) dropping N bombs. But some fun death scenes.
Can't recommend it.
