Has technology made real estate agent fees way overpriced?
The truth is probably yes, but not as much as people think. They still bust ass marketing, know where to market, who to market to, how to stage a home, know the laws, yada, yada, yada.

When we bought/sold 9 years ago, our fees were 5%. I'd still love those prices to come down, and I'm certainly against the monopolistic behavior of the NAR, but somewhere in the 2.5-4.0% range feels better.Leisher wrote: Has technology made real estate agent fees way overpriced?
