Steelers and Browns are so poorly coached...

Penalties:
Steelers - 12 for 116 yards
Browns - 10 for 77

Although, 6 turnovers resulting in a tie mainly because the refs blew a critical call? I'm not sure whose head coach is worse.

Panthers won and should be happy but injury concerns will keep the outlook positive but cautious.
