I had two things to get rid of recently, a big office chair, and an old 23" flat screen monitor (like 10 years old).
I tried to give them away in the neighborhood, but no one wanted them (duh).
Lots of interest... but lots of:
Person: I can be there in 20 minutes!
me: OK
(one hour later)
me: wtf?
Person: Can you hold it until the weekend?
Person: I really want this!!!!
me: how soon can you be here?
(no response)
I hate people.
