I guess this would be classified as a comedy action film.
It's not amazing, but it's good. Loads of faces you'll recognize, and some good chuckles. I could have done without the extended scene of Willis skateboarding nude. However, they make up for that when Jessica Gomes gets topless. Holy shit...
Worth a viewing.
