Every level starts with half a dozen raptors charging you. Before they get there you'll have time to grab health, ammo, and guns (although you take them level to level as well). Trust me, you only need the minigun and RPG. Then one giant dinosaur shows up when they're dead. That's every level.
I, literally, installed it around 1:30 a.m. last night and had beaten the campaign within the hour. That's along with getting 1081 achievements. It's now uninstalled...

I honestly don't know. Do you get levels with more achievements?
I do know that getting an achievement was one of the summer challenges and was super easy.
