I've been listening to Shoutcast and Digitally Imported but I've gotten bored with the selection. Tried googling but haven't found anything I like.

Get XM.
Obviously there is a cost, but the number of channels and amount of content is amazing.
You'd have it in your car and online.
XMComedy Channel 150 is worth the cost all by itself.

Funny, I don't get good reception when I use it in my car.

Ah. I have a 20-30 minute commute daily and with summer coming, a 2 hour drive every weekend (to the lake and back).
It also happens to be perfect up at the lake as I've got a portable player and one for the boat.
I've heard salespeople who have to drive everywhere RAVE about XM.
If you drive a lot or spend a lot of time outdoors, I highly recommend XM as opposed to traditional radio.
It's funny though as without ads, there is almost too much music. What I mean is that regular radio HAS to play the top songs when they have the chance as their ratings depend on people listening. However, with XM the DJs can mix in more B side stuff. Sometimes that's great, sometimes not so much. That's offset by their all top hits channels and decades channels, but you will hear songs that you wouldn't normally hear.
