My dad now has a puppy. The wife and I go walk him. Being in the country, he poops next to coyote poop or raccoon poop or deer poop. There is so much poop along the walk, no one cares if you don't pick up your dog's poop.

I carry a roll of bags on my walks with my dog, not just one. I ensure that I'm never without one, but I'm a courteous neighbor and not human garbage.
