Because no one says a man can become a woman. A trans person isn't becoming, they always were. Transitioning isn't about changing, it's about finally being able to express what was always true. At least that's the general idea.

Personally I think that's a bit restrictive as it doesn't allow for the concept of gender fluidity.

Just from a marketing perspective, those angles were well produced.

Actually, the Benghazi mom was really effective as well. However, preempting her with your largest audience on Fox News by calling in to O'Reilly's show was stupid. Nice in theory, but in any segment of the market where government has a hand there can be no real competitive capitalism, there can only be cheaters looking for ways to cheat money out of the system. And there's a whole hell of a lot of government in the education sector.
