Outlook Live is a total piece of shit. If you want to see why Google is beating Microsoft in virtually every product line in which they compete, look no further.
1) Gmail has never, ever resurrected a customized folder after I created then deleted it, let alone flat out wouldn't let me delete it. Go fuck yourself, MS.
2) The OL UI is the most non-intuitive fucking clusterfuck imaginable. I used text-based email clients on linux boxes 15 years ago that made more sense.
3) Want to apply a rule retroactively? Fuck you. Use our shit-tacular search function which doesn't search in the folder you point to and instead grabs email from EVERY-FUCKING-WHERE. If you click around a few times, it'll eventually work again.
4) Want to use the browser's back button? FUCK YOU.
I swear to fucking god, it's as if no one at MS uses this fucking disgrace and they all forward their shit through gmail, where setting up any applying incoming mail rules is almost brainless.

Wow. Completely un-usable on Firefox because MacroShaft is enough of an ASSHOLE COMPANY to put fucking FLASH ads in their inbox.
